Sixth Annual Salsa Party
The party, to be held Saturday, April 28, 2012, at 6:30 pm will benefit the school's Mission Volunteer Program. For details, see the news story. The cost is $45 per person, which buys dinner, drinks, and dancing.
MOTHER CABRINI HIGH SCHOOL HONORS SEVEN PEOPLE AT ANNUAL HALL OF FAME DINNER: Special Award to High Voltage, Celebrity Health and Fitness Expert
January 5, 2012, (NEW YORK, NY) – High Voltage, five alumnae, and one teacher will be honored at the Second Annual Mother Cabrini Hall of Fame Dinner on March 22, 2012, at the Bronxville Women’s Club. Each person will be recognized for the work she has done that embodies the mission of the school’s founder St. Francis X. Cabrini. It was her dream to build the physical, educational, and emotional health of immigrants and the poor worldwide, and all of the honorees worked toward that vision.
Accepted Students' Day January 28, 2012
On Saturday, January 28th, we will be hosting our annual Accepted Students Day from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. The theme of the day is Tea Party in Wonderland! The parent presentation will take place in the gym. Students will begin their day in Founder's Hall participating in Ice Breaker Activities. Students will then be taken to the cafeteria for lunch and a craft.
Information Night for Prospective Students -- Another Chance to See the School
On Wednesday, January 11, 2011, from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm, we will hold an Information Night for prospective parents and students. The evening will include a building tour and opportunities to talk with faculty and students.
New Cafeteria Opens
Our new cafeteria began service on Tuesday, October 11, 2011; meals are now prepared by the New York City Board of Education Food Service Program. All students are offered two meals per day: a free breakfast and a low-cost lunch. By Thanksgiving, the lunch will include a salad bar.
